Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Jayanti was celebrated with great enthusiasm at PTVEMS (Primary).
The programme began with a speech by teacher, Mrs Bhavika Kulkarni, who explained the importance and significance of the day. Students were made aware of the valuable contributions of Dr Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar, the architect of the Indian Constitution, and his efforts towards equality and justice in society.
A special highlight of the event was a wonderful presentation by Vihaan Shete (Std. III C), who dressed up as Dr Ambedkar. He confidently narrated a meaningful life incident from Dr Ambedkar’s childhood, inspiring everyone with the message of hard work, education, and standing against injustice.
The celebration helped students understand the values of equality, respect, and determination. It was an informative and inspiring event that encouraged young minds to follow the ideals of Dr Ambedkar.
