What began as a physical print shop in Mumbai
in 2007 has evolved into a business serving
organisations across the spectrum, from
growing companies to large enterprises. Founded by
Siddhi Shah, Milap Shah and Pratik Shah, PrintStop has
since grown into two distinct segments, with Mandaala
serving the corporate gifting and merchandise needs
of enterprises through technology enabled solutions.
While PrintStop caters to SMEs with business
printing, personalised products and branded
merchandise, Mandaala works with enterprises on
larger and more complex programmes. Its clientele
includes organisations such as Infosys, EY, JLL, Kotak
Mahindra Bank, Cipla, Persistent and Niva Bupa.
MerchTech integrates with existing enterprise
systems such as HRMS, SSO and rewards and recognition
platforms. This enables organisations to automate
workflows, ordering, budgets and approvals while
providing visibility through dashboards and tracking.
However, Mandaala’s proposition extends beyond
technology. Its roots in printing have given the business
a strong physical foundation covering product curation,
customisation, printing, in house production, quality
control, packaging and fulfilment. This integration of
technology and physical capabilities allows a programme
to move seamlessly from digital ordering to production
and delivery.

At the heart of Mandaala’s enterprise offering is MerchTech, a technology platform
designed to simplify the management of corporate merchandise programmes. These
include employee onboarding, long service awards, celebrations and corporate
gifting, BrandStores, activations and marketing collateral, stationery, gift cards and
global deliveries. The programmes can serve employees, customers, partners and
other stakeholders.
For enterprises managing merchandise across
people, locations and multiple requirements, this
integrated approach can reduce manual coordination
and vendor handoffs while supporting more consistent
execution at scale.
Bhumi World serves as the operational base
supporting the physical capabilities of both PrintStop
and Mandaala. Its industrial infrastructure, utilities
and logistics connectivity provide the foundation for
production, customisation, packaging and fulfilment,
while supporting the businesses as they expand their
capacity.
The journey from a traditional print shop to a
technology enabled merchandise business reflects
how the company has evolved with changing business
needs. For Mandaala, technology makes ordering and
programme management more efficient, while strong
physical production ensures that those digital processes
translate into tangible products.
This combination of technology, production and
fulfilment is shaping Mandaala’s approach to corporate
merchandise, bringing multiple aspects of the process
together under one integrated ecosystem.
