From Possession to Peace of Mind: Assured Rental Income for Investors

They can make these decisions without the pressure of immediately generating rental income. Importantly, our rental commitment remains valid for the entire assured period, even if the purchaser leases the property before the completion of the year. It offers investors a clearer understanding of the potential rental yield and provides a useful reference point for future tenant negotiations.
