At Itvedant, career preparation doesn’t begin after a course ends; it begins on the very first day of learning. The institution’s “Placement from Day One” philosophy ensures that every learner progresses through a structured journey designed to transform classroom knowledge into professional readiness.
From the initial weeks of training, students are guided through both technical mastery and placement preparation, enabling them to apply for relevant job profiles even after completing 50% of the syllabus. This early access to opportunities helps learners gain confidence and clarity about their career paths while they are still in training.
After the completion of the course modules, learners undergo a rigorous evaluation process that mirrors real-world expectations.
INTERNAL MOCK (IM) & PROJECT EVALUATION MOCK (PEM)
The Internal Mock (IM) and Project Evaluation Mock (PEM) form the first stage of post-syllabus assessment.
● IM (15 Marks): Students present their projects to an internal trainer, demonstrating the practical application of core concepts.
● PEM (25 Marks): A detailed project presentation evaluated by both internal and external trainers, focusing on innovation, execution, and clarity of understanding.
This process not only reinforces the concepts learned but also builds essential skills such as problem-solving, communication, and technical presentation, traits employers value most.
COURSE COMPLETION EXAM (CCE)
Following the project evaluations, students appear for the Course Completion Exam (CCE), an MCQ-based assessment covering the technologies and frameworks taught
throughout the programme. The CCE ensures that each learner attains complete subject proficiency before stepping into job interviews.
JOB READINESS & UNLIMITED OPPORTUNITIES
Learners scoring above 75% in evaluations are officially tagged as “JR – Job Ready” candidates. This designation grants them unlimited access to job opportunities through Itvedant’s placement cell. Those with a lower score still receive five guaranteed interview opportunities, ensuring every student gets a fair chance to begin their career journey.
sItvedant’s structured placement system is built on the belief that education must lead to employment. Every stage, from early job applications to project-based evaluations and placement readiness, is designed to help learners enter the industry with both competence and confidence.
