What brought you to Thane?
I relocated to Thane primarily because of its excellent infrastructure, better connectivity, and the availability of quality housing. The city's growing reputation as a preferred residential destination also influenced my decision.
How would you rate Thane's overall quality of life compared to your previous city?
I would rate Thane's overall quality of life at 8.5 out of 10. Compared to my previous city, Thane offers a better balance between work, family life, and access to essential services.
What do you love most about Thane so far?
The aspects I appreciate the most are the well planned residential communities, greenery, and the convenience of having most essential services located nearby.
How is the connectivity (transport, roads, and metro) in Thane?
Connectivity is one of Thane's biggest strengths. The railway network, road infrastructure, and the ongoing expansion of the metro system have made commuting much more convenient.
Have you explored Thane's green spaces (parks, lakes, etc.)? What do you think?
Yes, I have explored some of Thane's parks and lakes. I was pleasantly surprised by the number of green spaces available, which provide residents with opportunities for recreation and relaxation.
How is the cost of living in Thane compared to your previous city?
The cost of living, particularly housing, is comparatively higher. However, the quality of
infrastructure and the availability of amenities make it worthwhile.
Which amenities are you most happy to have nearby?
I am particularly happy to have access to quality hospitals, educational institutions, supermarkets, shopping centers, and recreational facilities within a short distance from my residence.
Have you discovered any favorite local spots or hidden gems?
The lakeside areas, parks, and local food outlets have become some of my favorite places in Thane.
Would you recommend Thane to others looking to relocate? Why?
Yes, I would definitely recommend Thane because it provides an excellent combination of modern infrastructure, connectivity, green spaces, and a family-friendly environment.
How did you pick Thane, and the project?
I would say the right real estate agent helps select the right home; I connected with Mr. Lawrence Anthony Shetty, who helped me narrow down the options, and Mr. Suresh Sherigar from Narang Realty was the key person who helped my family decide on Asteria Courtyard in Thane’s prominent Pokhran Road 2. My family is happy with our new home and we are happy to be Thanekars!
