Having his father, Ar. Subhash Gupte, in the same field has been a tremendous
influence; his knowledge and insights continue to play a vital role in shaping
the firm's values and approach.
What began as a passion has grown into Scapes, an
architectural firm established in 2004 and dedicated to creating spaces that
are thoughtful, functional, and timeless. The design philosophy at Scapes is
straightforward; they don’t chase trends blindly. Instead, each space is
carefully crafted to reflect the client’s lifestyle, the site context, and
long-term usability.
Throughout the years, Ar. Sameer has had the privilege of
