1. What brought you to Thane?
\nHonestly value for money- Size of the flat, it looks – and actually is – spacious. Love the location, the well maintained Hiranandani Estate.<\/p>\n
2. How would you rate Thane’s overall quality of life compared to your previous city?
\nI relocated from western suburbs in Mumbai, Thane is not just better, but also less congested.<\/p>\n
3. What do you love most about Thane so far?
\nThe city is obviously good, but let me share my thoughts on Hiranandani Estate. The vibe, the planned township, proper maintenance. Plus, availability of brands, restaurants and movies hall.<\/p>\n
4. How’s the connectivity (transport, roads, metro) in Thane?
\nOverall good, but I have a concern, while massive improvement is expected over the next 12-15 months, there\u2019s too many on-going infrastructure projects and very
\nfew completed ones \u2013 the Metro is an apt example.<\/p>\n
5. Have you explored Thane’s green spaces (parks, lakes, etc.)? What do you think?
\nYes, its absolutely awesome – and well maintained.<\/p>\n
6. How’s the cost of living in Thane compared to your previous city?
\nThane offers more value for money.<\/p>\n
7. What amenities are you most happy to have nearby (schools, hospitals, shopping, etc.)?
\nAcademic institutions, Medicare facilities and organised retail\/ entertainment options. Plus, it is a safe and secure city.<\/p>\n
8. Any favorite local spots or hidden gems you’ve discovered?
\nI find the Thane\u2019s lakes the essential hidden gems \u2013 and these are very interesting. Across Thane, you have lakes that represent a small ecosystem in that region. Upvan and Kavesar are among my favourite lakes in Thane.<\/p>\n
9. Would you recommend Thane to others looking to relocate? Why?
\nYes. It\u2019s the ideal city to relocate to.<\/p>\n
10. Any tips for newcomers to Thane?
\nYou need the right sort of support and guide when house hunting. Digital platforms work for some; real estate consultants are also a good alternative. I found my dream home through a broker, Dinesh Chadda, and I found him to be professional and extremely helpful, he helped me with options and basis my budget. I guess such a good city will also have equally good property consultants, trustworthy and knowledgeable about Thane\u2019s property market.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
